Feedback and Appraisals

The appraisal of staff is a fundamental part of the manager’s role. Appraisal and feedback systems not only help organisations to review individual performance, they also enable staff to identity and manage their own developmental needs. This course helps you to conduct to appraisal sessions which promote a motivated, engaged and loyal workforce.

At the end of the course delegates will be able to:
